1st July 2021 Agenda

The next Toynton All Saints Parish Council meeting will be held on Thursday 1st July 2021 commencing at 7.15pm at Toynton Village Hall, Eastville Road, Toynton St Peter.  

PUBLIC AND PRESS WELCOME  where members of the public may ask additional questions or make short statements to the Council

1.            To consider any applications for Co-option to vacancies of Parish Councillors

2.            Remarks by Chairman.

3.            Apologies for absence of Parish Councillors and reasons given

4.            To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests

5.            Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 18th May 2021 to be approved as the minutes

6.            To receive any reports from any Outside Bodies – (ELDC/LCC Councillors or Police)

7.            Parish Matters

a.            Dogs loose within Church Grounds

b.            Methodist Chapel

8.            Highways

a.            Community Speed Watch – including purchase of Speed Gun

b             Double yellow lines on corners of Main Road/Chapel Lane, Toynton All Saints

c.             Public Right of Way – Extinguishment of parts of Public Footpath nos. 169,170,172 and all of 171 and creation of Public Footpath no. 1187 safe route to Toynton All Saints Primary School

Any other Highway matters to be discussed by the Parish Councillors only but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting

9.            Planning

The following planning application was received since the last meeting which was circulated among the planning forum for their observations where a decision from ELDC has already resolved

a.            PL/0078/21 – Approval of conditions 3 (surface water drainage), 4 (landscaping scheme), 5 (odour management plan), 6 (access improvements), 7 (passing places) S/045/00496/19 – Land attached to Glebe Farm, off Fen Road, Spilsby

No other planning applications have been received prior to this notice but any issues relating to planning matters can be discussed by Parish Councillors only, but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting.
