Agenda of Toynton All Saints Annual Parish Council meeting held on Tuesday 18th May 2021 held at Toynton Village Hall, Eastville Road, Toynton St Peter which follows the Annual Toynton All Saints Parish Meeting which commences at 7pm
PUBLIC AND PRESS WELCOME where members of the public may ask additional questions or make short statements to the Council
1. Election of Chairman for the forthcoming financial year - including signing of declaration
2. Election of Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year
3. Remarks by Chairman.
4. Apologies for absence and reasons given
5. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
6. Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 10th March 2021 to be approved as the minutes
7. To receive any reports from any Outside Bodies – (ELDC/LCC Councillors or Police)
8. Audit of Accounts for 2020/21 Financial Year

a. Notice regards Dogs loose within Church Grounds

a. Public Footpath/Bridal from Watermill Lane to East Keal Church
b Double yellow lines on corners of Main Road/Chapel Lane, Toynton All Saints
Any other Highway matters to be discussed by the Parish Councillors only but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting

The following planning application was received since the last meeting which was circulated among the planning forum for their observations where a decision from ELDC has already resolved
a. S/185/00523/21 – Extension and alterations to existing house to provide a living room and integral garage with first floor bedroom and en-suite over and to provide provision of a Juliet balcony – 2 Main Road, Toynton All Saints
No other planning applications have been received prior to this notice but any issues relating to planning matters can be discussed by Parish Councillors only, but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting.
