Agenda of Toynton All Saints Parish Council meeting held via zoom on Wednesday 10th March 2021 commencing at 7pm

If any members of the public or press would like to join the meeting they should contact the clerk via email by 3pm prior to that evening's meeting, were time will be allocated where they may ask questions or make short statements to the council.
1. Apologies for absence and reasons given
2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
3. Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 13th January 2021 to be approved as the minutes
4. To receive any reports from any Outside Bodies – (ELDC/LCC Councillors or Police)

a. Highways
i. Double yellow lines on corners of Main Road/Chapel Lane, Toynton All Saints
Any issues relating to Highway or planning matters can be discussed by Parish Councillors only, but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting.
b. Planning
The following planning applications had been received since the last meeting which were circulated among the planning forum for their observations:
- S/185/00297/21 – Siting of a log cabin for holiday accommodation existing cabin outbuildings and sheds on site to be removed, Log Cabin, Land north of Peasgate Lane, Toynton All Saints
- S/185/00334/21 – Extension to existing house to provide an enlarged garage and store with first floor sitting room and bedroom with en-suite over and including the provision of 2no. dormer windows – Carrabou House, Main Road, Toynton All Saints
No other planning applications have been received prior to this notice but any other issues regarding planning matters can be discussed by the parish councillors only but any items raised for decision will appear on the agenda of the next meeting.

To follow current Government guidelines and NALC recommendation to currently not to convene publicly the next Parish Council will be held remotely through Zoom
