Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting for Toynton All Saints Parish held at the Methodist Chapel on 8th May 2019 at 7pm

PRESENT:             Five Parish Councillors

                                ELDC Cllr J Swanson representing as both a District and Parish Councillor

1.            AGREEMENT OF REPRESENTATION TO CHAIR THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

It was resolved for the current Toynton All Saints Parish Council’s Chairman Cllr V Spencer to chair the meeting.

2.            NOTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 16th MAY 2018 TO BE APPROVED AS THE MINUTES

It was resolved to accept these notes as a true and accurate record and therefore signed by the presiding Chairman.

3.            FOR ANY MEMBERS OF THE PARISH TO SPEAK, ASK QUESTION OR MAKE ANY STATEMENTS

                No members of the parish spoke, asked questions or made any statements.

There being no further business the meeting finished at 7.12pm
